Tubing FAQs

All tickets are a 2 hour time block.

Mon - Thur: $29 Online / $34 Window

Fri - Sun/Peak Days: $39 Online / $44 Window

Tubing tickets are available for purchase online.  If a date/time states the session is sold out, there are no tickets available for that session.

Tickets are also available for purchase at the ticket window for walk ups.  These tickets are only available if the session shows availability online.

Ordering online is recommended, tubing tends to sell out!

Where do I purchase tubing tickets?

  • Tubing tickets can be purchased online for the online price. This can even be done on your phone from the parking lot of tubing!
  • Tubing tickets can also be purchased on site at the ticket window for the window rate.

*If a date/time states the session is sold out online, there are no tickets available for that session.

Can I purchase tickets at the window when I arrive?

  • Yes.  Tickets will be available at the ticket window.  Tickets purchased at the ticket counter will be the window rate.
  • We suggest purchasing online.  You can even do this from your phone in the parking lot when you arrive!  Buy early and lock in your days to secure your spot on the hill.

*If a date/time states the session is sold out online, there are no tickets available for that session.

The day/time I want says sold out or unavailable, can I get tickets for that day?  Can I just get tickets at the tubing hill?

  • If the date you want to tube is unavailable or says sold out, then we have no more slots on that day/time for tubing.

Is my tubing ticket refundable?

  • We know there’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now, so if your plans change, your tubing ticket is refundable (terms apply). If you have not used your tubing tickets, they are fully refundable until 24 hours prior to ticket’s start date. Refund requests received after 24 hours prior to your ticket’s start date will not be honored, except in certain circumstances (see terms for full details)

How do I request a refund?

  • To request a refund, you need to:
  • Email WilmotMountainInfo@vailresorts.com with all of your order information. These requests are processed as the local sales team works through all requests. Emailing is better than calling, as it marks the date and time of the request.
  • Visit the resort ticket window by no later than 24 hours prior to your ticket’s start date.

What if Vail Resorts closes a resort or cancels my ticket due to Covid-19 - how will refunds be handled?

  • Your safety is our priority, and it is possible that we will have to cancel your ticket due to Covid-19.
  • In the event that we make the difficult decision to close a resort or cancel your ticket, we will strive to do so in advance of your visit, and we will issue you a full or partial refund depending on the number of tubing ticket days affected. In the event of a resort closure or ticket cancellation, we will make an effort to notify you directly by email. We encourage you to also check the relevant resort website, Facebook page, or Instagram account for notifications. While we will do our best to issue your refund promptly, we cannot guarantee that your refund will be processed within a specified period of time (see terms for full details).

What if I am injured or fall sick – can I request a refund?

  • Unused tubing tickets are fully refundable until 24 hours prior to your ticket’s start date.
